The Fine Print

Customers must complete two weeks of On Ramp courses when they start; classes will meet at either 6:30 or 7:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. After completion of the 2 week, On Ramp courses will be limited to CF basics classes; students may test out to move advanced classes. Choose Between Two Options

  • $49 for a one-month beginners’ CrossFit program (a $250 value)
  • $99 for a two-month beginners’ CrossFit program (a $400 value)

High-intensity CrossFit workouts incorporate training tools such as barbells, chin-up bars, jump ropes, and huge tires. Beginner students complete a mandatory two-week On Ramp course, which helps get them accustomed to CrossFit movements. On Ramp classes are offered Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at either 6:30 p.m. or 7:30 p.m.

After taking On Ramp classes and once the coach deems them ready, students will then spend the remainder of their program in basic CrossFit classes. Students may test out to more advanced classes. See the full CrossFit schedule here.

CrossFit Jaguar

There’s a no-nonsense intensity to the fitness approach at CrossFit Jaguar's gym—its mission statement declares that “routine is the enemy” and demands you to “release your inner beast.” To achieve these goals, the certified CrossFit trainers unleash their students to tackle various machines and workouts that work to transform health, appearance, and resolve.

No two workouts will ever be the same: in one session, you might find yourself on the tug-of-war ropes, obstacle courses, and the occasional piggyback ride. Olympic sports such as weightlifting and track and field inspire many of the exercises, from barbell squats to sprinting while jumping hurdles. Beginners can master CrossFit basics during small-group Foundations courses, which can teach you more about presses and cleans than a professor of laundry studies.

Along the way, the coaches aim to help you find success in your career and family life as well as in workouts. They often hold nutrition consultations and personal-training sessions to teach strategies for setting goals and managing your time.
