Choose Between Two Options
- $59 for four weeks of CrossFit Fundamentals classes and two weeks of regular CrossFit classes (a $329 value)

Students meet up to three times per week for CrossFit Fundamentals classes (a $197 value for four weeks). During each session, instructors familiarize students with new and foundational CrossFit skills and movements, while demonstrating how to lift weights safely and efficiently without resorting to driving a forklift into the gym.
After completing the CrossFit Fundamentals course, students can attend an unlimited number of regular CrossFit classes throughout the week for two weeks (a $132 value). The four-week nutrition course gathers groups of eight students or fewer for discussion of how to shop, cook, and eat more healthily. Classes take place Monday and Wednesday from 7:15 p.m. to 8 p.m. A new session starts on the third Monday of each month.
