Choose Between Two Options

  • $59 for four weeks of CrossFit Fundamentals classes and two weeks of regular CrossFit classes at the Cordova location (a $329.50 value)
  • $59 for four weeks of CrossFit Fundamentals classes and two weeks of regular CrossFit classes at the Collierville location (a $225 value)

Students meet up to three times per week for CrossFit Fundamentals classes. During each session, instructors familiarize students with new and foundational CrossFit skills and movements while demonstrating how to lift weights safely and efficiently without driving a forklift into the gym. After completing the CrossFit Fundamentals course, students can attend an unlimited number of regular CrossFit classes throughout the week for two weeks. During these sessions, instructors lead high-intensity routines that combine gymnastics, weightlifting, sprinting, and jumping. At the CrossFit Memphis and CrossFit Collierville training studios, every brow is knit in intense concentration. Students are tussling with dumbbells, sprinting up and down courts, and leaping onto Olympic platforms. These are some of the many exercises that make up the innovative CrossFit program, which eschews monotonous cardio machines in favor of varied, high-intensity circuits of functional movements to keep workouts challenging and engaging. Each workout strives to hit a variety of fitness targets at the same time, including stamina, strength, power, balance, and accuracy.

Certified instructors scale movements to accommodate each student's fitness level and help patrons to keep fit by doling out tips on nutrition, emphasizing lean meats and vegetables instead of marshmallows in the shape of lean meats and vegetables. In addition to CrossFit classes, the studios design specialized classes in strength training and endurance.
