Everything is scalable. That means we take movements that might be more advanced and make them doable to any fitness level athlete. That's why there are coaches with every class. Our oldest member is 76. This is great for beginners.

Can this Groupon only be used at the specified location or can it be used at the Crossfit closest to my home in Collierville?

You can view our schedule here: http://factionsc.com/about/schedule Fundamentals is held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7am and 7pm. You choose which class works best for you. Each Fundamentals course is 4 weeks long and starts the first Monday of each month.
