During introductory sessions, trainers introduce newcomers to common CrossFit exercises and techniques while assessing their current level of fitness and drawing up a custom plan. After completing the six intro classes, students can join in on regular CrossFit classes, where coaches lead groups through high-intensity routines of functional movements such as body-weight exercises, weight lifting, and gymnastics. CrossFit Regeneration

Even as a child, Charlie Sims knew there was no magic potion you could drink to transform yourself into a champion athlete.
