Questions and Answers

When are the introductory sessions offered? There is a link to a schedule, but unclear if that is for the intro classes, regular classes, or both. Specifically, I am wondering if the intro sessions will be offered MWF at 11:30 or similar. Also, how long do you have to complete the six intro classes? I.E. can you go once per week, or do you have to go more often? Thank you.

How many introductory classes per week are recommended? Do the trainers supervise workouts during the Open Gym times, or are students on their own during that time? How often do you recommend working out once the introductory classes are completed? Thanks!
