CrossFit Spokane

Although CrossFit Spokane’s 6,500-square-foot facility is a serious, no-frills training environment, owners Mike and Angela Gerry create a positive, encouraging atmosphere where novices and high-performance athletes alike can push themselves to the limit with cutting-edge training methods. During high-intensity CrossFit, male and female trainers emphasize functional movement and body control over the limited motion of machine-based workouts, drawing from a range of disciplines that includes gymnastics, weightlifting, and athletic fitness. They constantly change up the routine, ensuring they prevent muscle boredom and hit all of the 10 fitness domains, which include cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, power, and speed. In addition to CrossFit, they fill their wide program menu with sport conditioning for adults and teens, personal training, and a corporate wellness program. Knowing that their brand of intense exercise isn’t for everybody, Mike and Angela invite guests to enjoy the center before making a commitment or a monogramed sweatband.
