CrossTown’s group fitness classes include 25 to 30 minutes of interval cardio routines and 25 to 30 minutes of strength training. Strength training sessions are dynamic, changing routines that often alternate between free weights, Olympic weightlifting, TRX suspension training, kettlebells, and other exercises.
