During one-hour sessions, CrossFit Level 1 trainers guide students of all fitness levels through high-intensity exercises. Students begin with warm-ups of stretching, squats, and sit-ups before continuing on to the Workout of the Day—a challenging routine that combines weight training, gymnastic movements, plyometrics, and other metabolic conditioning techniques.
