The center's CrossFit Kids program is designed to help children and the adults who play them on TV build a solid foundation for a fit, healthy life by challenging them to fun, functional workouts that mimic the movements they do every day, such as jumping, pulling, running, and climbing. Like the adult version, CrossFit Kids is just as beneficial to less-active children as it is to youth athletes, as the challenges are scaled to each student's ability and success is measured on an individual level.
