Choose Between Two Options

Before students start regularly attending CrossFit classes, they participate in two introductory CrossFit 101 sessions that teach proper form and technique. During regular CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD ) training sessions, trainers push students through grueling all-purpose workouts designed to help the body excel in the 10 recognized domains of physical fitness, which include concepts such as agility, speed, power, and flexibility.
