CrossFit boot camp folds in the sport’s core methodologies but stays true to the high-energy style of traditional boot camps. Like a dance-a-thon held in an active volcano, coaches run participants through ever-changing routines that torch calories by forcing nonstop movement during the course of one hour. Pulling from body-weight-resistance exercises, gymnastics, and barbell-weight training, trainers test clients of all fitness levels, and all can benefit from the camp’s goal of ameliorating overall health. CrossFit boot-camp classes take place Monday–Friday at 6 a.m., 10 a.m., and 7 p.m.

CrossFit Rise

Housed in a 16,000-square-foot gym, CrossFit Rise facilitates fitness with an intensive, total-body exercise style, attentive trainers, ample space for each exerciser to perform safely and shower facilities are now available. These CrossFit classes fold the sport's core methodologies into three iterations—Fitness, Performance, and Competition—each tailored to the student's unique needs. Like a dance-a-thon held in an active volcano, coaches run participants through ever-changing routines that torch calories by forcing nonstop movement during the course of one hour. Pulling from body-weight-resistance exercises, gymnastics, and barbell-weight training, trainers test clients of all fitness levels, and all can benefit from a goal of ameliorating overall health. To that end, there is a large emphasis on eating real, nutrient-dense foods, and getting plenty of uninterrupted sleep—7–9 hours if you're a human, and 7–8 months if you're a hibernating bear.
