Choose Between Two Options

During CrossFit Kids classes and summer training sessions, a team of supportive trainers targets 10 elements of physical fitness with intense workouts that translate to real-life scenarios. They pump up each student's endurance, strength, and speed through exercises that marry weightlifting and gymnastics with functional movements, such as squats and deadlifts. No classes for kids will be held during the weeks of May 21 and July 2.

Crossfit Winston Salem's owners, Kevin and Renee Boyles, both of whom are Level 1 CrossFit–certified trainers, lead a diverse team of certified instructors who motivate trainees to reshape their fitness regimens and lives through the CrossFit program.
