Choose from Three Options

  • $42 for one European facial (an $85 value)
  • $79 for two European facials (a $170 value)
  • $109 for three European facials (a $255 value)

European facials begin with a Dermasound treatment, which combines ultrasonic waves with powerful jets of water to help exfoliate dead cells, infuse the skin with vitamin C, and tone sagging features. The treatment culminates with a mask and a massage of the hands, arms, décolleté, and face.

Ladyburg

Ladyburg is the inspiration of owner, master aesthetician, and aesthetic instructor Crystal Wellman. Within the cozy day-spa atmosphere, the crew at Ladyburg targets unsightly hair, age-indicators, and blemishes with clinical, results-oriented treatments performed with Image Skincare products and Radiancy Light & Heat Energy (LHE) technology. They help clients determine the most effective products for their skin by pairing initial consultations with a skin analysis, a tool that is useful in formulating custom treatments, such as clinical-grade facials, IPL treatments, chemical peels, and 3-D face paintings.

Ladyburg takes pride in keeping their services up-to-date with the latest in skincare technologies by continuously attending advanced-education seminars throughout the country. DermaSound, the spa's signature treatment, exfoliates up to 50% of clients' dead skin while boosting collagen and elastin production with ultrasonic and microcurrent energy. During advanced laser hair-reduction sessions, intense pulses of light and heat gently wash over unwanted bristles, breaking down follicles and leaving skin smoother than a seal-crooning Barry White. Traditional spa treatments, including waxing and mineral-makeup application, also make the list.

The Groupon Guide to: Typing Techniques

In grade schools, children are taught one way to type on a computer keyboard—with their hands and not at all with their tiny, perfectly suited for typing toes. Here are some other typing techniques not taught in America's learning rooms:

Hunt and Peck: One of the slower typing methods, it involves the typist "hunting" for each letter individually and then "pecking" the letter with a long cane.

Touch Typing: The same as the standard typing technique, but instead of touching the keyboard, let the keyboard touch you.

Fast Fingers: Standard typing technique, but a little bit faster.

Fancy Fingers: Pretty much the same as "fast fingers," but a little bit slower, and your fingers dance upon the keys like a dainty woman’s feet upon a wet dance floor.

No Fingers: Just throw a rock at the keyboard until you hit the key you want. If you end up breaking the keyboard, buy a new one and start over with a smaller rock.

I'm so proud of my son. He learned how to type with a cane.
