The owner was rude not. Willing to help or give me info, he lied, took 6 months just downright bad experience I wouldn't use this guy even if it was FREE or he paid. No way. It was all bad news don't use him again.

Our first use was a Groupon and we waited three months to get our tapes. He said he was overwhelmed with the response to the Groupon, so we were understanding. The 2nd time we bought the Groupon, we waited 6 months to get our tapes back, and only after telling him that we were moving away (a lie) and then he didn't even finish them all. This is terrible service. We are not the only ones that had issues with this vendor.
