What days are considered holidays?
“I love this place”

Hi Annie,
Holidays are the 24-25 of December and New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day.

Brett, I couldn’t find the answer to my question on your FAQs… Is there any way to cancel a groupon purchase after it is purchased?
Thanks!

Hi Nancy,
Yes, but why would you want to do that? ;) You can cancel or change your order while the deal is still open (day of) by going to http://groupon.com/mygroupons and clicking on Edit Purchase for that order.
Let me know if you have any problems.

Can I buy one (or more) of the deal for myself & also do a gift card for someone else? Or can I do 2 transactions so I can do one for me & one for myself? I totally want Cucina, but have never bought & want to make sure I do it right. Thanks.

Hi Brett,
I didn’t want to cancel my order, just wondering if it was possible. Thanks for your response.

Facebook User,
Welcome to Groupon! You can only purchase 1 for yourself, buy yes, you may purchase as many as you like as gifts. You can either buy them with your name on them (the part of the Groupon that matters most is the ID# that will display on the printable voucher) or you can “buy it for a friend” which is located right under the green “Buy” button. That way you can put their name on it if you like.
Happy Holidays!

Hi. Can I redeem the GC at any of the locations, or do I have to chose one when I buy it?

Dean,
You can redeem at either of the locations. Enjoy!

can this be for take out or is it dine in only?
Cucina Taglina is our celebration place. Whenever something good happens my husband, son and daughter in law and I go there for dinner. It is our ‘feel good’ place to go.

Kristin,
This deal is good for dine-in and carryout.
Margarita,
Now you don’t have to wait for something good to happen! The groupon can be your excuse :)

Hi brett,
I am new to groupon and I have two questions. My first is, how do they know that your groupon is authentic. I see the # on the groupon but I have seen stuff like this before where people just print several out and use the same voucher, which this would not be fair for us who really purchased them. Is each location really verifying the ID #.Second question is, I Purchased one groupon for myself and one as a gift, the gift one already is ready for print but I am not seeing the one I purchased for myself under my account. I want to redo it but need to make sure it really didnt go through as I don’t want to be charged double.
Thank you

Hi LeAnna,
I’m happy that you’re a subscriber!
The vendors will have a “master list” of everyone’s name and their corresponding ID#s. When you present your Groupon to the restaurant, they will be crossing your name off the list. Even though your name may be on the Groupon that you’re gifting, the real thing that they’ll be considering is the ID#.
If you did indeed purchase two Groupons, you should have two vouchers in your email box. Sometimes it takes slightly longer to process your order, so if tomorrow rolls around and you haven’t received your printable voucher, please e-mail support@groupon.com and they will handle it for you.
Enjoy!

Thank you Brett, I think I am in trouble with this website as I see myself spending lots of Money :-)
thanks for the info, brett!
Brett,
This was my first time doing this. I purchased 7 and am planning on giving some away to collegues for Christmas. Reading your comments to LeAnna, I am just wanting to confirm I can do this since they are not “gift” ones, but just ones I purchased. I would guess this is not a problem. As you stated, they are mostly interested in the ID. I am going to give them in a card, so I thought I would put my phone number in just in case there were any problems.
I plan on using one soon as I love the place.
Thank you,
Anita
This is a fantastic place to eat! I bought one for myself and one for my in-laws at Christmas. Do you know if or when you will be doing another Cucina Tagliani groupon in the near future?
Thank you so much for offering it!
