Cupcake Heaven

Flour makes a huge difference when cooking or baking. Each morning at Cupcake Heaven, Kelsey and Kenni whip together butter and eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cocoa, along with their own blend of flour. The flour mixture has just the right amount of gluten, sweetness, and protein, yielding fluffy, moist cupcakes. Topped with perfect swirls of frosting, the confections beckon guests from three-tiered stands on the counter. Flavors range from Italian cream and raspberry champagne to toffee crunch and key lime. Cupcakes are sold individually, by the half-dozen, or dozen, allowing patrons to purchase the proper number to feed party guests or make an impressive heap for Hot Wheels cars to jump over. Patrons can also quench their thirst with a selection of Big Train beverages, including iced and hot coffees and lattes.
