The fine print says “Limit 1 per person” and “May buy multiples as gifts.” We would love for you to share the Cuppa Cuppa goodness with the people you love…or need a favor from. “You” can only redeem one. If you buy more than one then you have to give them away as gifts to other people. Think of all the new friends you can make.
I live in north county, but frequently make the trip for Cuppa Cuppa’s creamy & delicious lattes – there’s no beating them! I even buy beans to make coffee at home & that Organic Guatemalan brews up perfect every time! Yumma yumma, Cuppa Cuppa! :)
Cynthia, the fine print clearly says “Limit 5 per person”. If that’s a mistake, you may want to make sure it’s corrected or else you might have some miffed folks on your hands.
The fine print also says to have to use it in ONE VISIT….is that true?

Your wording for the amount one person can buy for themself is not clear as it is in other Groupons. ex. Limit 2 per person, may buy multiple as gifts. Just guessing there will be a lot of unhappy purchasers if they are reading it like I am. Maybe you can change the wording soon being it will be running for the weekend.

Yep. The wording is wrong. There is nothing the fine print forbidding one person from buying and using five themselves, otherwise it would have said “May buy multiples as gifts”. Ultimately you have the choice whether to accept them, but I doubt it’d fare well for your Groupon rep or your Yelp ratings. (Elite Yelper here)

You are absolutely right. The “multiples” language in “The Fine” on the front of deal is missing and unclear in the FAQ’s. I’ve contacted Groupon to correct. Thanks for following up James. The last thing we intended was confusion. We are just looking to introduce our really great local coffee and customer service to more San Diegans.

We have it set up the DEAL such that you get a gift punch card that you may use on as many vists that it takes to use it up. You will receive the CARD in exchange for your GROUPON voucher. Each CARD will have your name on it and 15 $1 punch squares. We will punch to the nearest Dollar of the total of your order. If your order totals $4.51 or above, you will be reimbursed the difference up to the next dollar. Example: Punch 5 $1 squares and $0.49 change to you. Orders ending with $0.50 and below will be punched up to the nearest $1. . Example: Total order = $4.50. Punch 4 $1 squares.

Iced Teas are especially good!!! We have an amazing Organic Green Mint. So fresh and delicious. Also, an Organic Black Ceylon. Really bright and refreshing. Both are unsweetened and made regularly. No stale tea here. You can augment either tea with wonderfully “true fruit” flavorings from Sterling and Monin, such as Mango, Peach, Pomegranate, Wild blackberry just to name a few.

This place is great. The coffee is excellent, and the employees are as nice as they come. I’ve been there about 6 six times, and every time I’m amazed how genuinely nice they are. I’m buying this baby and going back!
