Choose Between Two Options

  • $24 for a 6-week membership and one Curves Circuit with Zumba class (up to a $76.50 value)
  • $45 for a 12-week membership and two Curves Circuit with Zumba classes (up to a $153 value)

Each visit to Curves involves a 30-minute workout. During the workout, you'll move between 13 weight-training machines and 13 platforms for stationary aerobics. A CurvesSmart card stores your fitness specs and plugs into each strength machine, turning it into a virtual personal trainer. A green light indicates when you have hit your target intensity level, a measurement that grows more challenging as your strength increases. At the end of the workout you'll receive a detailed report on strength gained and calories burned. During the Curves Circuit with Zumba fitness class, you'll alternate between dancing and lifting weights.

Curves

As they enter the training circle at Curves, female guests come face-to-face with the smiles of other women. And just as points on a circle share a common distance from the circle's center, workout participants share the experiences of those nearby by trading stations throughout the 30-minute training session. One minute is spent on a piece of strength-training equipment built for feminine frames and designed to work two opposing muscle groups with a single movement. Exercisers then move on to a recovery station, where they run, jog, or dance to maintain heart rates and keep platforms in place during momentary losses of gravity.
