Yes, you can mail us your order and we can mail it back to you. You are responsible for any shipping charges. The most we have found to ship would be flat rate USPS boxes. Thank you

What are the specifics about the scanning of photos? Not sure of the specific terminology but density of and ability to enlarge and reprint?

The standard scan is 300 DPI and each scan is same size as original. If you need to make an enlargement above 8x10 we can scan at a higher resolution for slightly more. Thank you

I have 12 VHS tapes, some with an hour of material, others with 15 minutes; does each tape count as one transfer?
