Yes, you may purchase an apartment cleaning up to 1400sq feet even if it is a home. As always an extra charge will be added if the cleaning involves a move in/out or a deep cleaning.

Can I use the 1 time house cleaning for a move out clean?

You may add it towards your move in/out. There is an extra charge for move outs. Depending upon the condition and size of your home.

Two questions: 1) So 1 house cleaning is $80 and 3 would be $95 each? 2) Does the cleaning go by how long it takes? Most vouchers are for a set number of hours of house-cleaning, but yours doesn't mention a time limit..

We do not charge by the hour. We strictly go by the size of the house. We will however stay at the most three hours. Most houses do not require our cleaners to be there three hours. Our cleaners are very well trained,they are fast and do a excellent job. There are some cases where more time is required, because we were mislead. All we ask if it is a bigger job then we discussed is that you compensate the cleaner for that extra time. That can be worked out when the cleaner gets there.

My home is 2850 sq ft. Can we just close off one bedroom for the cleaning to get the sq' down to the 2500? Or are their other options for homes that are a little larger than 2500sq'. Thanks

Office hours are Monday thru Saturday 8:00am til 6:30. Our cleaners are flexible in there scheduling since we work with your hours. The office and cleaners are off on Sunday.

Highly dubious - I had purchased this groupon in a prior offering, made an appointment many weeks in advance Wed Jun 6 11:30am – 2:30pm (MDT) No one showed up on the day of the cleaning, voice mails went unanswered, and never heard from them subsequently- was a complete waste of time. I got my money refunded from Groupon.
