The cooks at Daddy's Hot Dogs make every dog to order, piling heaps of tasty toppings atop piping hot franks. They cram the Pig in Slop dog with bacon and chili and slather deli mustard and sauerkraut on the New York–style Manhattan dog. They garnish a natural buffalo hot dog with jalapeno relish and slather a veggie dog with grilled onions and BBQ sauce. The kitchen staffers fire up their grills six days a week, slinging links and pamphlets imported from Chicago on the evils of ketchup until 2 a.m. every Friday and Saturday.
