Choose Between Two Options

  • $29 for 10 yoga classes or one month of unlimited classes (a $150 value)
  • $39 for 15 yoga classes (a $225 value) and one holistic health session (a $50 value; a $275 total value)

Ten area locations offer yoga with signature breathing postures that aim to help students look within. Those who buy the 15-class option also receive a 30-minute holistic health session, in which an instructor leads the student through exercises and meditations selected to suit each individual's goals. Consultations should be scheduled after taking a minimum of five classes.
