Are the groupons for smoothies only? Or can it be used for juices and food, too?

They only have 3 locations, so why would they limit the deal to just 2 locations? The location in Hyde Park would be way more convenient to me and I’m sure many other people that live north of downtown. I’m out! No deal! :(

I purchased a Groupon today but my credit card on file had expired. I updated the card but am not sure if it went through or not. Can you check to make sure I have a Groupon for today?

Hi Kristine- All of your recent purchases can be located in your account information. A quick fix might be to check there; in the upper right hand corner of groupon.com there is a My Stuff tab. Drop down and click on the My Groupons tab. If this purchase is not showing up there I’d encourage you to check in with the customer service team at support@groupon.com.

If I post this deal via the Facebook share it icon offered on the page, does it carry my referral code with it?
i know it’s limit 1 per person. i’ve already purchased 1, but when i return to the deal page, it still has a blue button that says ‘complete purchase’. it’s letting me buy another, but what if i click it? will it then say you’ve already purchased 1? i don’t wanna click to find out. thanks and peace

Hi Elizabeth- Great question; if you used the Facebook link on the Groupon front page it should do it automatically but you can double check that the permalink says “referral” in it somewhere too!
Isa- I am not sure what that might mean, but you can always make sure you have your purchase confirmed by checking in “My Groupons” tab in your account. If the problem persists please reach out to support@groupon.com.

Adobe is giving me an error " there was an error opening this document. the file is damaged and could not be repaired when i try and go to print the coupon
Hi FB User- This might be because while you are able to view your voucher in your account you are not able to print it until 12:00 tonight when the feature expires. It should be available for you to print and use starting tomorrow.

For some reason, I keep getting the error msg : amount must be exactly 1. I haven’t purchased one already and it says 1 so I’m confused.
Hi Tawnia- I would say first log out, refresh the website, then log back in and try it again. If thats a no-go I would shoot an email to our customer service team at support@groupon.com and they should be able to manually correct that for you. Sorry about that!
