Powdering your nose keeps your skin from becoming shiny and gives you a chance to sneak some food to the baby gator living in your bathtub. Learn to pull off the excuse with this Groupon.

During classes, makeup artist Heidi Giselle supplies students with their own mirrors and tools before teaching them how to pick the right foundation, concealer, and powder for their skin tone. Then, as pupils apply makeup, Heidi shows them how to accentuate their unique facial features so they can go home and replicate the flattering techniques.

Though this merchant sometimes offers a discounted price online, this Groupon is still the best deal available.

Darling Devil's Makeup Studio

Heidi Giselle first started dabbling in makeup when she was a little girl, and her happy clients were her three sisters and her friends. Upon graduating from high school, she studied makeup at Award Studio in West Hollywood and became a certified makeup artist a year later. She continued her education at California State University, where she received a bachelor's degree in child development. However, despite this change of studies, Heidi continued doing makeup on the side, and after she graduated, she continued her work as a freelance, on-call makeup artist for salons. In the years that followed, fundraisers, charity events, and makeup parties and classes filled her calendar and ultimately inspired her to open Darling Devil's Makeup Studio in 2011.

Lounge-style furniture, jazz music, and a portrait of Marilyn Monroe give her studio a vintage vibe where clients can relax and try on handmade jewelry. While they enjoy the ambiance, Heidi either teaches makeup classes or applies makeup—tapping into her inner child, who still loves getting all dolled up and helping others do the same.
