They were very hard to get on the phone. Had to leave multiple voice mails for 2 weeks before there was a call back. The Groupon was supposed to be worth $120.00 and the cleaning lasted one hour. Really?! But the worst of all is that they used a product on my wood floor that turned it white. They informed me that it had never happened before and they use it on all wood floors. I had to get on my hands and knees for hours to scrub with lots of elbow grease to get it off. She had said they would call in a "couple days" to set up coming back but by then I did not trust their professionalism nor their expertise.
