Hello Ted, Our process works great on tetracycline staining. Your teeth will probably never be starch white, but we typically see several shades of lightening and 99.9% of our tetracycline clients are extremely pleased with their results.

I have inquired at dentists before about teeth whitening and have been told that I FIRST must have my teeth "deep cleaned: first - which is generally a procedure that costs several hundred dollars and is spread out over three or four procedures (quadrants). Do you require teeth cleaning prior to this whitening procedure? Thanks.

Hello Chris, Sounds like you have some deep pockets around your teeth and ideally your dentist would want you to have your deep cleaning first to eliminate possible gum irritation. This is not a requirement with our process because we use a natural plant and mineral based product it is non-abrasive and we have even had clients report back to us that the process actually helped to eliminate/lessen the deep pockets. This is due to the fact that our product has bacteria fighting qualities. You may experience a small about of gum irritation if your gums are already inflamed but nothing to be worried about. You will love your new bright teeth:-)

I watched the video of the in-office teeth whitening, but what is the tray that the patients are putting in their mouths afterwards and is that something that needs to be done daily following the procedure?

Hello Joan, The tray would be the after care maintenance. It is not done daily but rather whenever you feel your teeth need to be brightened up a bit. It's not required, but no whitening is permenant so it is recommended to keep your teeth white.
