It is a granulated fill, so you can kind of move the fill around the pillow to suit your needs. There is no concave in it though.

Any warranty on these? Any details if they are soft, medium support, or firm support? Specifically are they for side or back sleepers?

They are medium support pillows and are suitable for side and stomach sleeps best, but can also be used for back sleepers.

With latex they may be natural but they're not hypoallergenic. A lot of people are allergic to latex. The pillows are mislabeled.

Most people have a contact allergy to latex, so they need to be in direct contact with it, like a rubber glove or bandaid. The latex itself is naturally hypoallergenic and so is the wool.

They are a medium firm pillow, granulated latex so it tends to be a softer feel than what a solid latex core would be.
