Can you get a vertical design in a horizontal layout? the one i am interested is the Christmas Chalkboard one. I am a bit surprised that your site is not as intelligent as other sites where placement of the existing graphic can be moved around. I a bit disappointed of the available option, not knowing that the orientation of the layout cannot be changed nor the movement of graphic OR the placement of my photo (meaning, it will upload my photo, but I cannot move it to left or right, so my picture is always cut off). I have a horizontal family photo (very up close) so i cannot use any of the layout to fit nicely on your existing designs. Can I get a refund??

Once you have dragged the photo into the card, you can click on the photo to resize/crop. Feel free to try it out and let us know at cs3@invitationbox.com if you continue to have problems.

When I purchased the Groupon on Thursday, the specific card "Merry Linen Christmas" was one of the preview cards. Now that I have my code and have waited the 48 hours to login to the site and order, that card is no longer an option. Is there a way to find it? That's the one I really wanted...

Please email cs3@invitationbox.com and we can see about getting it added if it is not already there.

Can you please clarify what this means: "•Limit 3 per person, may buy 2 more as gifts. Limit 1 per order" Does this mean I can order 5 total....3 for me and 2 as gifts? And why does it say I am limited to 1 per order if I can order 5 (or 3....or whatever the maximum is)? I need 170 cards and am trying to figure out how to accomplish this.

I am afraid that groupon phrases it funny. You can only buy 3 total. 1 for yourself and 2 as gifts.

Derek C. answered 6 months, 6 days, and 29 minutes ago

Kim D.

Still not clear, as it allows you to buy up to a quantity of 5 of any one line item.

I purchased this groupon 48 hours ago and redeemed it today. However, after entering my coupon code at the "Invitation Box and Groupon" site , I am not able to successfully personalize any design. The site is not working well and appears to be in "preview" mode. I attempted to make two different cards...one let me persoanlize and upload a photo but would not ever save my design. The other would not let me upload any phtotos and displayed the "preview" mode sign. I have called invitation box but they are closed on weekends (I had to leave a message). I need to order today and it appears this site and groupon were not ready for high demand. Any suggestions?

Preview ID is just what we call your view of the layout of the card. Please email customer service at cs3@invitationbox.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Could I use a 100% blank template to print a 5x7 color image I designed myself? It's technically saved as one 5x7 jpg image, but I don't want any holiday greetings of any kind printed. I would like it to be a full bleed without any borders. Is this possible?

Can I use this groupon on this design - http://www.invitationbox.com/note-dg-251.html ? It isn't on the preview page you keep referring everyone to (http://groupongoods.invitationbox.com/gallery2.aspx), but you said that does not show all of the designs.

You can buy 2 as gifts, you would need to contact groupon to confirm the gift rules.
