I would like to come with my 12 year old son. If I did would we need to buy a class for two or could I come help him? Or could I bring my 12 and 13 year old sons (buy a class for two) and be their helper. Would this work? We thought they would make great christmas gifts for their grandmas.

Mark, yes for both: you can come with (1) son and be his helper and buy one class or yes you can come with (2) sons and buy two classes and be their helpers. No prob. If you made a project for yourself as well, then you'd need to buy a class for yourself, but if you are merely coming to be the handy helper (which I think is way cool by the way), then let's do it! Buy the lucky son (or sons) a Beginner Class Groupon and we'll have a blast at the studio!! Cheers, ~Mercedes

I'd like to do this with my 11-year daughter. Is there an age restriction?

There is not, in fact, 11 years old is perfect. My 9 year old niece and her entire Girl Scout Troop took a class. The main thing I have observed is this: adults THINK A LOT about their projects. Sometimes TOO much! So, having younger, spontaneous people is really helpful! Now, on the flipside, for the tile nipping, younger students tend to need the help of adults. Not all the time, but sometimes, so that is where an instructor is useful or you if you come with your daughter. It's a win-win. So, yes, in a nutshell, your 11 year old daughter would have a FUN time!
