Does the cleaning solution you use, attract dirt after the carpet has been cleaned as some seem to do? When you say extra charge for removal of stains, what exactly is the sort of stain that cost extra?

This process is called encapsulation. We spray a water based solution on the carpet, we then go over the solution/carpet with our machine... As the solution drys it crystalizes the dirt and pulls it off of the carpet fibers. Then, the crystalized dirt is vacuumed back up. This works really well for normal carpt cleaning. If the carpet is really dirty we usually recommend upgrading to steam cleaning. as for spots/stains, that could range from Pet urine, wine, coffee, etc. We see stains of all types. let me know if you have any other questions.

How much do you guys charge for the stairs. Total stairs in my house are in between 10-12.

Can the 600 square feet be applied to area rugs too or just carpets?

Just carpets. We clean rugs at our rug spa, we would pick up your rug, take it to be cleaned then return it a few days later. That is the best way to clean a rug properly.

Is this none water and steam method effective at removing Pet Urine and or Odors from the Carpet and Padf?

Kyle, it really isnt that effective for Pet Urine. We would normally recommend customers upgrade to steam cleaning along with treating the pet urine and odors. We treat urines a couple of different ways. One option is having us pull up the carpet and clean the back and replace the pad. Or, we have a special tool that we use called the Claw that will clean all of the way down to the subfloor. Our guys do a good job with treating pet Urine, but it will have an additional cost with it. Let us know if you have any follow up questions.
