READ BEFORE YOU BUY!!! I'm not sure if it has already been pointed out, but Grouponers should be aware of that the groupon covers ONLY the item. So, if you but a $24.95 wallet, bigskinny keeps the 5 cents - again, the groupon only covers the item, not the shipping. And, bigskinny keeps the change. If you buy something that costs $24.50, they keep the balance! NOT COOL. I'm asking for a refund, thats a load of crap, I'm sorry. It seemed like a great deal but to not get the money back OR be able to apply it towards a future purchase is BS.

Our small business systems are not sophisticated enough to deal with balances or nickels here and there so that's why the deal is the way it is not through some bad will from groupon or big skinny. In the "how to Use the Deal" you state: 1. Pull up Groupon w/mobile app (or print it out); I do not have a mobile and how do I "print it out" when I don't see it. When I try to redeem it states "once redeemed you cannot".... ever see it again or some such _ _ _ _ (fill in the word.) So I'm afraid to "redeem" and can't figure out what I am suppose to "print." 2. "Visit"; I have no clue as to what this means. 3. Select desired product(s) and add to cart; No can do as I never got past #1 or #2. I already purchased this wallet deal for 12$ but what I received as a reply was the supposed $25 groupon which I never see so i do not have a code so I whats the point to print? CAN YOU HELP ME???
