Choose from Three Options

  • $39 for a spa manicure with Shellac polish and a spa pedicure (an $80 total value)
  • $49 for a shampoo and blow-dry style with camera-ready makeup (up to a $100 total value)
  • $69 for an updo or formal style with camera-ready makeup (up to a $140 total value)

The spa manicure (a $25 value) pampers palms with a bubble bath, hand massage, and moisturizer application before nails are trimmed, buffed, and shaped. The technician then covers nails in a shiny, hard coat of chip-free Shellac gel polish (a $15 value), which lasts for up to two weeks. The spa pedicure (a $40 value) continues the pampering with an exfoliating scrub and a foot and lower-leg massage, as well as a relaxing soak. Nails are then trimmed, shaped, buffed, and adorned with regular polish.

Alternatively, clients can pair the camera-ready makeup application (a $65 value) with a laid-back blowout (up to a $35 value) or opt for a choice of glamorous updo or formal style, in which the hair is curled but left down (up to a $75 value). Each hair service takes between 60 and 75 minutes and includes a complimentary glass of champagne.

As teenagers, Danielle Szymanski and her friends would take turns curling, cutting, and straightening each other's hair. Danielle's early interest in styling and fashion carried her through nail and beauty school, even giving her the qualifications to work backstage at a variety of hair shows. Since opening Splash Hair Design & Spa in 2005, Danielle has worked with many people, including a loyal client who's been going to Danielle since she was an apprentice 17 years ago.

Partially renovated in 2011, the salon-spa's numerous treatment rooms and styling areas bustle as skilled staffers pamper clients with hair, nail, skincare, and waxing services. The technicians all have at least five years of experience and regularly participate in continuing education through classes and shows. An eclectic selection of music, a modern living room–like waiting area, and friendly staffers who don't mind if you can call them "mommy" add to Splash Hair Design & Spa's comfortable atmosphere, where guests "will feel at home," says Danielle.
