Couples can attend either of the following sessions, which run 9 a.m.–1 p.m. or 2 p.m.–6 p.m.:

Based on the centre's the Art of Being Alive program, the condensed four-hour course teaches couples mindful meditation techniques that awaken the senses and calm one's mind and body. The techniques, taught by experienced instructors, also help participants improve their sleep, control pain, improve work performance, and strengthen interpersonal relationships.
