In a Nutshell

Flame-grilled flavors of never-frozen meats fill fajitas and burritos made with unprocessed ingredients and an emphasis on farm freshness

The Fine Print

  • Expires Feb 27, 2013
  • Limit 1 per person. Limit 1 per table. Valid only for option purchased. Reservation required. Valid for catering only. Fajita Fiesta package only valid for chicken and carnitas, extra fee for steak.
  • See the rules that apply to all deals.

Tortillas that aren't employed to hold a burrito together wind up taking jobs as edible bibs or prop moons in off-Broadway productions of It's a Wonderful Life. Help tortillas be all that they can be with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $35 for a chicken Fajita Fiesta package for 10 people (a $69.99 value)
  • $17 for $35 worth of Mexican food

The Fajita Fiesta package lets 10 people create their own fajita meals, which includes grilled peppers, onions, chilies, rice, black or pinto beans, guacamole, cheese, onions and cilantro, sour cream, and a choice of flour or corn tortillas. This Groupon includes chicken fajitas, but purchasers can opt to apply the value of the Groupon toward steak ($74.99) or seafood ($80+) fajitas. The package also includes baja ensaladas, chips, and salsa.

The menu of fresh Mexican favorites includes a slate of burritos (up to $3.99), including the grilled veggie burrito and the Diablo, which is served with jack cheese, cilantro, rice, and vegetarian black beans, and doused in spicy chipotle sauce and stuffed with a choice of meat, such as fire-grilled chicken, line-caught wahoo, or pork carnitas.

Baja Fresh

Following Baja Fresh’s ethos set in 1990 as a healthy take on fast food, never-frozen meats sizzle atop the grill before they're tucked into made-to-order tacos and burritos. Grilled corn and flour tortillas embrace fish, carnitas, chicken, and steak, and smoky queso fundido sidles onto nachos and into burritos. Between bites, chips scoop up salsa made from farm-fresh produce rather than poured out of a can or fabricated in a space-age replicator. A complimentary salsa bar ensures no mouthful goes unspiced, and guests can scoop up their favorites as they await their dine-in, takeout, or catering orders.

The Groupon Guide to: Famous Hats

Every historical figure of any significance wore a now instantly recognizable hat, synonymous with their name:

  • The Napoleon Hat: Military bicorn, worn side to side or "athwart" to serve as a better perch for enlisted falcons
  • The Benjamin Franklin Hat: Small brass beanie with a large conductive spire jutting out of it, topped with a small eyelet for tethering a kite
  • The Davy Crockett Hat: Famously a strict vegetarian, Crockett's "coonskin" was actually just a matted blob of reeds and buffalo chips that he moistened hourly from his canteen
  • The Hercules Hat: Just a minotaur skull

Honorable Mention: Jughead's "hat" from the Archie comics is actually a crown (?) made of gray paper (?) with miscellaneous shapes affixed to it. Details remain vague because it is proven that overscrutinizing Jughead's hat makes you go insane.

Which historical figure had the most famous hat? The answer may surprise you.
