Choose from Three Options

$35 for a cooking class for one (an $80 value) $65 for a cooking class for two (a $160 value) $120 for a cooking class for four (a $320 value) Each class includes:

Classes take place on Saturdays between 9 a.m.–11 a.m. All students learn to prepare meals that change seasonally. For an additional $7, participants can also purchase a Chef Serge's cooking class tee shirt or apron (normally $10).

Gabonese influences and knowledge picked up while studying at a French culinary school shine through in every dish that chef Serge Pambo prepares in classes or while serving as a personal chef or caterer. While roasting lamb to pair with truffle-infused mashed potatoes or crowning a goat-cheese salad with honey, the epicure displays useful tidbits of knowledge accumulated during more than a decade of traveling the world. Reporters have heaped Chef Serge with praise, and students sometimes gather around him for pictures after their lessons have concluded.
