Good afternoon Barbara, Our sincere apologies for the late reply. The Super Stuffer Kit includes: (1) 5 LB Stuffer (to stuff sausage into casing), (1) package of sausage casing, (1) White container to mix your sausage meat and (1) package of Garlic Sausage Seasoning & Binder (the seasoning to make your sausage). Is the sausage stuffer the 5lb. model I05ST-604005M listed on the CTR site? Does it come with stuffer tubes?

Hi there, I am interested in this deal, but it is unclear exactly what is included in the package. Ie, what kind of "garlic sausage" - is it a spice mix or an actual sausage, how much mix?? What kind of Meat container? Is it a mixer? How much casing is included?? I could not find the package on their website either. Thank-you!

The package includes: (1) Garlic Sausage Seasoning and Binder (to make your own 25 lbs of sausage), (1) Meat Container White 25" x 18" x 14" Deep (to mix your sausage in), (1) package of casing (depends on the kind that you choose), (1) 5 LB Stuffer ( to stuff your sausage mixture into the casing).
