Hi Mai! You can certainly upload a collage instead of a traditional photograph. We prefer your files to be sent in a jpeg or tiff format. An image with a file size of at least 1 MB and with a resolution of 150 dpi will usually work great for enlargements.

Can images be uploaded from facebook for the canvas?

Hi Dan! We do not suggest using a picture from Facebook for the canvas, as Facebook compresses images. When we enlarge a compressed photo, it does not stay clear and sharp. The original, high-resolution image that came directly from a digital camera is best to use. We prefer your files to be sent in a jpeg or tiff format. An image with a file size of at least 1 MB and with a resolution of 150 dpi will usually work great for enlargements. If we have any concerns about image quality or proportion, we will always contact you before we get started on your order!

in regard to the actual picture that I would like made up...can I mail a picture to you...(one that was framed?) What size is required?

Hi Suzanne! You are welcome to mail us your photograph! We can only accept photos that are up to 11x14 inches in size. Your photo will be returned to you with your finished canvas in a trackable FedEx package. However we suggest that you NOT mail us precious or one-of-a-kind originals. In this case, your best option is to have your image scanned at 600 DPI and then upload it to us online. You can have your image scanned this way at your local copy shop, FedEx Kinkos, or Staples Store. You can choose to upload or mail in your photograph during step 6 of check out at CanvasOnDemand.com.

Previously I have purchased from your company two and very impressed with the results. It seems you have changed the policy regarding paying the difference for a larger sized print and now required to process both canvas if you purchase two items at one time. Did you change your Groupon policy from a year ago?

Hi Irwin! Each groupon deal may have different rules for redemption. This deal is intended for use with one or two 16x20 size canvases depending on which option you purchase. If you purchase the two 16x20 size canvases option, both canvases MUST be purchased on the same order as the groupon can only be redeemed once. However, you are more than welcome to use a different image for each canvas if you wish to do so. Once you place the first image in your shopping cart, simply hit the ORDER MORE button at the top of the page and it will allow you upload the second image into your cart! Then just put the redemption code in the coupon code box and hit APPLY.

If you buy the two 16x20 canvases, do they have to be of the same image, or can it be two different images?
