Is it 20 actual pages or 10 actual pages front and back?

Hi Marie,
Photo book pages are numbered the same as in a traditional book, so page 2 is the backside of page 1, page 3 lies opposite page 2, etc. A 20 page photo book contains 10 sheets of paper printed on both sides.

Yes it can. Please note that the value of the voucher will only cover the cost of an 8x8 book (or two) and the shipping rates for an 8x8 book (or two). Shipping rates for other size books will cost more due to the increased size and weight of the package, and those additional costs will be your expense and charged when you place your Picaboo order.. One option might be that you could leave empty spaces on the pages of your book with the intention of adding physical photos after you receive it.

Do I create my own photo album or does Picaboo create it for me? And do I create the photo album for my gift recipient or do I give them the voucher and they create the album?

Hi Jeanne,
You will create your photo book. Picaboo is a web-based application that allows you to completely customize each page of your book with your digital photos and text. You can put as many or as few photos on each page as you'd like, add text in a variety of fonts and colors, and customize each page with one of thousands of backgrounds.
The voucher you give as a gift must be redeemed by the gift recipient under a unique account. They can purchase a book you've created, or they can create it on their own.
