Is it possible to reserve a class where pork is not an Ingredient in the entree and appetizer or at least not an ingredient in one of those 2 dishes? Pork is always in gumbo, right? (I like pork but the giftee does not.) Thanks.

This is Marcelas Creole Cookery. There is no pork at all on the current menu. The gumbo we make is shrimp gumbo, the appetizer is shrimp , and the main course is chicken.
