Can I just order the Groupon for $20, send it to someone, and THEY get to select the photo to copy on the magnetic backing when THEY order it from HEads up Puzzle? Or do I have to download the photo at the time I order the Heads Up Puzzle? Maria T.

Maria T. asked 7 months, 22 days, 10 hours, and 12 minutes ago - 1 answer

Annette B.

You may definitely purchase this Groupon and send it as a gift - allowing the recipient to select the photo!

Annette B. answered 7 months, 22 days, 8 hours, and 40 minutes ago

So we don't need to have the photo uploaded at the same time as we order the groupon, correct? We order the groupon, then automatically have store credit to use towards the company this year? Is that how it works? I'd like to have something put together for somebody, come christmas time. -Jolie

Athena . asked 7 months, 23 days, 14 hours, and 58 seconds ago - 1 answer

Annette B.

That is correct - you do not need to have your photo(s) ready when you purchase the Groupon. You have until Jan 23rd 2013 to redeem your Groupon. All redemption instructions are included on the Groupon once you have purchased. Sorry for the confusion.

What is the millimeter thickness of the magnetic puzzle? Are the magnetic puzzles more like a Springbok or a Ravensburger? In terms of thickness and tightness of the piece connection. What would shipping be for 12" x 18" 216 pieces magnetic style, to zip code 98052? I'm in the Seattle area, is there a location I can go to see your puzzles in person before buying? Can we pick it up to save on shipping?

E . asked 7 months, 24 days, 5 hours, and 28 minutes ago - 1 answer

Paul J.

The thickness is about an 1/8th of an inch thick, we do not have a store front, we make them out of a warehouse facility in tukwila, wa, if you want to make an appointment you can drop by to check them out if you wish. email us at support@headsuppuzzles.com - thanks

If getting as a Christmas gift. Can it be purchased and sent to me but used by someone else when they receive it? Thanks

Joanne C. asked 7 months, 24 days, 5 hours, and 51 minutes ago - 1 answer

George S.

Hi Joanne. You can click "Buy it for a friend!" to make a gift purchase where your friend is notified or just "Buy" if you'd like to simply give the Groupon yourself. Don't worry, in order to make redemption as simple as possible, the purchaser or gift recipient name is not displayed on the printed Groupon. This also allows Groupons to be easily gifted to friends or family. The gift option is only required if you want to add a personal message or have a notification email sent to them directly.
