If I purchase the deal ($40 for $100), can I apply the deal toward a size not listed? (I.e. can I apply it to the 16x24 size and use the voucher plus pay $14.95 (and shipping)?

Hi Charley! This Groupon can apply toward any of the sizes they offer! It will basically act as a credit toward the final cost of a print. Please note that the Groupon will not apply toward the cost of shipping.

I' m not sure how this deal works. Do you send me the aluminum and I have to print my pictures or do I send you pictures and you process them for me?

Marie M. asked 7 months, 20 days, 8 hours, and 46 minutes ago - 1 answer

Patrick S.

Hi Marie! Sorry for the confusion! This Groupon will act as a credit toward the final cost of your print(s). For example, when you purchase and redeem the $16 option, $35 will be deducted from your final order.

You will upload your image on the merchant's website and they will create the print. It will then be shipped to your address.

I'd like to hang the photo outside. Will direct sunlight fade it?

Vikki G. asked 7 months, 20 days, 8 hours, and 34 minutes ago - 1 answer

Patrick S.

Hi Vikki! Here is an answer from the merchant's FAQ:

"An aluminyzed photo is infused in the body of the aluminum plate. The image cannot be removed or degraded unless excessive heat is applied. Mere light will NOT cause degradation to your aluminyzed photo."

More Questions and Answers

Not sure I understand how this groupon deal works. I wanted to end up with three alumized photos. It accepted me purchasing 3 deals but the rules say only 2 per person. Please explain. •Limit 2 per person, may buy 2 additional as gifts. Limit 1 per order.

Susan R. asked 7 months, 20 days, 3 hours, and 37 minutes ago - 1 answer

Patrick S.

Hi Susan! Sorry for the delay and then confusion! The limits in the Fine Print refer to Groupons. One person is welcome to purchase and redeem two Groupons themselves. You are welcome to purchase two additional Groupons as gifts for other people.

You are welcome to use one Groupon toward the cost of multiple prints.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact Groupon support.

Wanted to know if there was a 5x7 size available, if the easel print would withstand the Arizona heat and can the fold out stand on the back be removed. I wanted to use the easel print on my grandsons Head Stone, Text side of the Head stone faces South East (in-direct sun side but same 115 deg temp). Planing on mounting onto the Head stone.

Nick A. asked 7 months, 20 days, 2 hours, and 1 minute ago - 1 answer

Shmuel L.

Hello, Heat will not be an issue. Just make sure you use something strong to glue it on. 5x7 is now available on our site and the Easel can be taken off but you might have some adhesive left.

?? Glad I just scanned through their company website. 1) Can I NOT use Firefox to upload the image I want to use when I order? 2) Do I really have to use my Facebook acct. to order? Please clarify the ordering/image uploading process. I really like this product, but am now skeptical that it is just going to end up being a pain to order. Thx!

Stephanie J. asked 7 months, 20 days, 6 hours, and 54 minutes ago - 1 answer

Shmuel L.

Hello, I believe there was a Firefox issue and it might not be fixed yet. You can create an account without using Facebook, just click the create account button. You would just go to aluminyze.com and click "order now". From there its fairly simple.

Do "Limit 2" (per person) and "Limit 1" (per order) mean 'one option' or 'one print'? Meaning, if I submit two orders: 1. 3 prints of 8" x 10" size 2. 2 prints of 16" x 20" size Is that in accordance with the rules?

Djordje M. asked 7 months, 20 days, 6 hours, and 59 minutes ago - 1 answer
