but it also says treatment must be used in 1 visit. So that means you have to have two back to back facials yourself??? That doesn't make sense...please clarify as the add is contradictory.

It means you must use the package of services in one visit (i.e you could not split the facial, massage, etc. across separate visits). If you purchase the 2-pack, you have each package of services on separate visits.
