$30 for 30 Yoga and Fitness Classes ($315 Value)

Vinyasa yoga combines controlled breathing exercises with carefully maintained postures, building strength and stamina during 60- to 75-minute sessions. Heated Vinyasa classes employ the same principles in a warmed studio. Pupils can partake in Pilates, cardio-kickboxing, and dance classes. See class descriptions and the full class schedule.

In Motion Yoga

In Motion Yoga's certified instructors have come together from a variety of backgrounds—among them a choreographer, a raw-food chef, and a lawyer—to help students carve a path toward wellness and discovery of the inner self. As they lead a vigorous schedule of classes, each instructor's teaching style is shaped by their area of expertise and the studio's Eastern philosophy. Their inventive lineup of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and hot Vinyasa yoga sessions focus on pranayama breathing techniques. The studio also hosts yoga booty ballet, Pilates and Yogalates, Butts and Gutts, and Piloxing, which is a combination of Pilates and boxing. All of In Motion Yoga's classes are limited to 25 students and are suitable for students of all levels. The instructors deftly juggle the inexperienced and expert students, refusing to leave any student behind while maintaining a class tempo that keeps advanced students engaged.

The Groupon Guide to: Inspiration

Inspiration is everywhere, if you know where to look. What are some sure-fire ways to shatter writer's block and unleash the creative torrents within?

• Observe natural phenomena, such as a rainbow or a sheep slipping in some mud.
• Write down everything that happens in your favorite movie, but make it about … yourself?
• Watch the free-flowing imaginations of two children crafting a complex pretend universe—this can inspire you to comment on what a waste of time it was.
• Put on some jazz records and listen to the notes they're not playing. These inaudible notes aren't copyrighted, and they can be yours!
• Drink a whole thing of coffee. Even if this makes things immeasurably worse, at least you technically finished something today.
