The grate’s valleys trap escaping juices and infuse them into food as fat drips through plate openings, ultimately producing tastier, healthier meals. The GrillGrates’ design also helps to eliminate flare-ups and acts as a heat shield to help stop burgers from drying out and having to be used as hockey pucks.
