On the day of the event, staff members haul your choice of equipment to the designated locale, set up the apparatuses, and strike them when the equipment reaches its bedtime. They park onsite with climate-controlled video-game theaters—stretch vans that have been outfitted with Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii consoles connected to indoor and outdoor plasma screens. Similarly interactive, their 4-D-ride experience stages realistic adventures inside a capsule with six seats that shift in response to the action on the screen.
