A blue-tiled fountain flanked by palm trees gurgles outside of the Oh Baby Ultrasound studio. Inside, technicians capture video and three-dimensional portraits of baking buns. Mom reclines on the bed in the middle of the ultrasound suite, where up to a dozen family members and friends can gather on leather sofas to watch the baby reenact scenes from kung fu movies on a 55-inch flat-screen. With Sonostream, loved ones back at home can log on with a password to watch the ultrasound session as it happens. Parents can take home CDs, DVDs, and photos of the session to cherish.
