$185 for Kids' Summer Karate Camp ($520 Value)

From June 1 to August 30, certified instructors lead summer classes for pee-wees (ages 4–6), juniors (ages 7–11), and teens, demonstrating karate techniques and character-building traits. Children dress the part in provided uniforms and absorb lessons on antibullying, self-defense, and personal discipline, all while learning martial-arts moves. The camp also includes engaging activities and games for kids, such as dodgeball, obstacle courses, and jump rope. A parent's day once each month allows adults to watch youngsters display their board breaking skills, and a summer graduation ceremony at the end of the program awards children with a trophy, belt, and diploma.

Campers can attend an unlimited number of 45-minute classes, which meet Monday–Friday with multiple drop-off times between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m.

USA Karate & Fitness Official Training Center

For nearly two decades, USA Karate & Fitness Official Training Center’s experienced martial artists have taught students the foundations of martial arts and self-defense and encouraged them to approach life with positivity. As eager students observe, the certified instructors at each of USA Karate & Fitness Official Training Center's six locations lead them through age-appropriate classes, helping them overcome fear and obstacles through basic martial arts stances and maneuvers. Strength and poise surge within pupils during mixed martial-arts training, helping practitioners harness leverage to administer self-defense blows. Likewise, cardio kickboxing workouts burn calories and impart defense techniques through punching, kicking, and nail-sharpening exercises. Between training sessions, the trainers incorporate martial arts into ninja-themed in-studio birthday parties that invite kids and their friends to celebrate a special day under their guidance.
