I have a question on return items. I copied this from the fine print: Any return must occur within 14 days. Extra $7 per unit for shipping. Ships within contiguous U.S. only. Does not ship to PO boxes. Ships out in 10-14 business days from purchase date. So, my question is: If it doesn't ship out until 10-14 business days, how can you return it within 14 days?
