Hi. From their shipping FAQ:
"All of the products on our website are available for delivery Tuesday through Saturday, unless the pickup or delivery date falls on a major holiday. For Tuesday through Saturday delivery, orders must be placed before 12 noon Pacific Time the day before you would like your shipment to arrive."

Fortunately, you can use most Groupons on the same day you purchase them. However, we do occasionally have to wait to provide the business with their complete list of purchasers, which can mean you won't be able to redeem right away. If that's the case, the delay will be listed in the Fine Print and we'll remind you when you print your voucher.
